7.3 blowing white smoke

I have a 2001 Excursion with a 7.3. Its hard to start, when it does start it idles roughly. When I drive it down the road it starts to blow white smoke and acts like it wont take fuel just before it dies. I have replaced the ICP sensor and the IPR with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?

white smoke

looks like you have a bad injector, put it on a scanner and do a buzz test and cylinder contribution test, that will give you more information
