grinding feel in floor board while idle.

need some guidence on where to start looking. I hear and feel a grinding in the floor board while the truck is idling it gets a little worse as the truck warms up i have a 2002 f-350 SRW crew cab 4X4 any ideas???? i can't feel or hear it once i start driving the torque converter was replaced in 2010 and the trans was rebuilt at the same time. fluid is good.
