interrmitent electrical problems

Heres the story bought a 99 f250 suer duty 4x4 has the 7.3l and 4r100 tranny. Came with the edge evolution programmer so i switched it to the extreme map. Truck temps and pressures remain fine but when i switch back to stock map i get the following issues.

Hard shift from 1-2 when this happens the od off light starts blinking and throws the code p0781. I would be concerned with the tranny if i couldnt shift it manually and everything work fine. It wont even throw the code if i shift it manually.

The passenger air bag off light next to the switch to turn the pass airbag off comes on and off erratically. While this happens the airbag light in the instrument cluster comes on and off at thesame time.

Seems to me i am having a grounding issue or a setting is not correct in the computer. Or computer is going bad.

Understand al other functions of the truck work fine and it runs great. Even the tranny works great.
Note. The od on the tranny stil operates evn when light is flashing.
Also when i am using the edge maps i have none of these issues. I just want to get bqck to stock with no issues and get rid of the edge programmer
Any ideas will be very much appretiated

Any ideas???

Planning on checking the computer board out this weekend just to make sure one of the caps did not bust and begin corroding the board...very common issue with compiters made around the late 90s
Will post an update..
