First thing is to carefully check All the fuses. If the WTS light isn't coming on it's an indication the PCM isn't running. Often the fuel heater fuse (#30) blows and this happens.

Is the engine turning over on the starter? If not you could have a bad battery cable or end, bad relay, safety sw, starter, low batteries, ALL KINDS OF THINGS.

Tell us more about what happens when you try to start (but, again, without a WTS light, you're just wasting time and running your batteries down)
