loss of power

Question for you guys. I just replaced my stock compressor wheel on my 02 Excursion I also discover while I was there that my Y boots were leaking pretty bad. However once I replaced everything I noticed a lot less bottom end and power seems to start off slow build up speed then die out around 70mph. Any Ideas? THe following already have been done Fuel pressure shimed, cold air intake, 4" exhaust, 18K, CCV mod, Mapp Relief Valve, upgraded tranny with billet TQ.

Is the fact that I don't have a chip or programer the problem? Vaccum Leak? Just wondering what it might be.

any more info?? Does lowering the settings on the 18k mod make a difference?? It wont be a vacume leak since your truck doesnt produce vacume so it rely's on an electric vacume pump....

adjusting the 18K doesn't seem to make very much of a difference. It seems to build power slowly and if you try to floor it it it bogs down and slowly builds up.
