hard start some code

hi
am new here
am from Quebec am french sry for my bad english..

i have a 2001 F-350 7.3
since 5 year but for the last 3year don't use it beacause he won't start
and no more time to fix it ..

now back on this truck !..
in the past i Change Starter , ecu , injector ,one glow plug , cps , coolant sensor

and now i get new batterie ...

i start him yesterday with a break cleener can ...

now i try the KOEO test with my autoenginuity
and i got
p0380 Glow plug/heater circuit A
p1139 Water in fuel indicator circuit
p0261 cylinder 1 injector circuit low
p1261 Cylinder no1 to low side Short
p1267 Cylinder no7 to low side short
p1263 Cylinder no3 to low side short

i put back my old ecu or IDM i dont know what is best to tell
and got this
p0380 Glow plug/heater circuit A
p1139 Water in fuel indicator circuit
p1272 Cylinder no2 high to low side open
p1273 Cylinder no3 high to low side open
p1274 Cylinder no4 high to low side open
p1276 Cylinder no6 high to low side open


anyone can help me ?

i'll start with the easy stuff, thats free to check. 1st) dont use starter fluid. You'll kill the motor. 2) check the connections outside and inside the valve covers. 3) install new fuel filter.

i test wiring and all is good
and i clear the code and dont have it again ...

i will test the compression this the only thing i dont check..

compression 150-200psi ...

leak down test ear it from the bottom

i see a rebuilt kit for 1200$

how can i pay a used 7.3 ?
where can i buy it ?

have you fired truck up yet? If so, what symptoms is it throwing out...rough idle, smoke...etc Im just curious, and btw, sorry for the bad comp readings.

i start it last week end with break cleener
start with rought idle for 30 sec and look like perfect after...

i try again yesterday won't start
lot or white smoke come from valve cover each time i start it..
i will start with remove injector this week end and maybe head.
could i broke all injector oring when i install it ??
(all injector are new ...)

oh and before i remove the glow plug i blow all oil to be sure wont go inside the cylinder
and i see lot of oil on the glow plug come from inside !?
on all glow plug...

oring ? head gasket ? only piston broken?
