Low Boost Pressure?

I've done a few mods as seen in my sig. The maximum boost I can attain is about 20psi. this is pulling my fifth wheel in 5th gear at about 2800rpm. Usually I only get about 15-18psi. This seems low to me, any suggestions as to what may the problem? Also when I hit that rpm and boost level I get the ses light that clears itself after a few minutes.

Hang on, I'm confused. You get 20psi towing or are you getting 15-18psi towing? Your truck should be making 16psi stock. Where does your tuner plug in; @ the ECU or @ the OBDII port? I've got the Banks Big Hoss bundle. When I got the Big Hoss module for the kit, it had to be installed @ the ECU. In the instructions upon installation, it says to clean the lithium grease on the port of the ECU before installing the module. I thought I did, but when I took it out for a spin, my boost gauge was only reading 10-15psi, & when I stomped it on the highway in L6, I got the SES light & then it would go out. After I took a closer look @ the ECU, I still saw some grease. I got a piece of ScotchBrite & cleaned the port off. When I reinstalled the module, I was making 25psi in L2 & I can get 31psi in L6. Of course, this info might be useless if your tuner hooks up to the OBDII...sorry!
