7.3 Studder Problem

I bought a 7.3 Powerstroke and it studders while at 0-15% idle. Once boost reaches 5psi, the engine smooths out and runs strong to redline.

I have replaced:
#2 injector
#8 injector
crank position sensor
cam sensor
IPC - high pressure oil
IDM - new reman
new UVCH - both banks
new batteries
new fuel filter and cap

It still studders at low rpm and chugs bad at 1500rpm - 2000rpm
It also idles rough.

I've brought the truck to two different powerstroke shops and neither shop has found the issue. The only good they have done is test the fuel pump and said that it still runs strong.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

If you have the capabilities, check your icp numbers at idle and your ipr duty cycle. Post them up here as well. Could be a number of sensors that could be bad....but those numbers could get you started.

i had a similar problem once, turned out to be two of the injector selenoids were shorted out from a previous uvc issue. tested the ohms between the two pins at the selenoid and two were way off
