Fuel problems

Ive got a 2000 SD and one day i was driving and had a loss of power with shuddering the the truck died i reprimed it then it drovefor about a mile then died this repeated until i got it home. Ive replaced the fuel pump and cleaned out the lines and tank and its still doing the same thing i popped off the filter and my pump isnt pumping fuel to the bowl i prime it and getting it pumping right then it drives for a few miles then starts up again. I'm thinking the fuel line is corroded but ford doesnt make the line anymore and i cant find one anywhere does anyone have any ideas to what it is or should i just keep replacing parts until i get it fixed? Any advice is helpful.

if fuel bowl isnt full of fuel, then gotta be something in the tank, restricting it. look up "hutch mod". You have 12v at pump?
