anybody have this happen

I recently had my 2000 F250 with 7.3 in the shop for draining the batteries. Dealer changed the general electric module and problem appeared to be solved. Made first trip this pass weekend since getting it back and now everytime I get above 74 mph the warning chime (same sound if your seatbelt unhooked) It goes off when speed drops below 73. Never did this before the repair and is quite aggravating when the speed limits in Texas are 75 and 80 mph quite a bit. Anybody know what this could be?
