Steering colum

I own a 2000 f-250 powerstroke diesel. It has a broken off turn signal, winshield wiper switch. how do I replace that? do I need to replace the whole colum? my windshield whipers are stuck on, along with my turn signal and have no way of turning it off. The lever looks like it was broken off and there is nothing but wires hanging out of the steering colum. Any info would be awsome thank you.

You should be able to take off the upper and lower covers that are right behind the steering wheel. then you should be able to remove the switch. You won't have to replace the column.
