Question Beeping sound

I have a beeping sound coming out under my dash. It sound like a low tone kind of like a low air in a semi.

and we can rule out it's not low air in the systems.

When does it make the sound ie in park ideling, or moving down the road etc?

when i hit the brakes it does it about 5 set about 30 sec a time and that in drive
