Starting problem!!!

Hey guys my truck turns over alot before starting and it has just started now thats it getting cold. If anyone has any ideas let me know. and also when i turn the key over it will make a buzz sound it did this when my batteries where going out so i put new ones in. and it stoped but now its back what is it? my truck is a 99 xlt.

Have your batteries tested. Then i would test the glow plug relay. That seems to be a common cold start issue people see.

help!!!!

i ran my 89 7.3l diesel out of fuel the other day and killed my batteries trying to start it after refuling.replaced batts (2) and still turns over slowly.alt and starter rebuilt .still turns slowly.popped the clutch to start it.left truck running for 8hrs , cut it off and try starting , still spinning slowly.someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!http://www.powerstroke.org/forum/ima...lies/dunno.gif

Please post this to a seperate thread and you will get more response. Hijacking another thread is not the way to do it.
I would answer your question but then i would be further hijacking.
