Fuel Leak

OK so I may have found part of the cause of piss poor 9-11 mpg. I am leaking fuel. There is puddles of fuel on top of the engine just behind the filter housing and most of the fittings in that are are saturated with diesel. Ill post some pics. ALso you can see where the tank was punctured and patched. Ill post pics of it as well. Anybody have any ideas were this is all coming from?

Also you could check if the fuel lines that come off the filter housing and run to the back of the heads, i found that to be leaking where a metal clamp rubbed a hole in the fuel line.
