what is the normal trans temp?

I was just wondering what the normal operating trans temp for an f250 without a load. thanks.

my 6.0 runs about 150-160

About 60-80 degrees over outside ambient temps.

my gauge won't even move when its below 50 outside. I was towing my camper last weekend and it only went up to 130. it was abotu 60 outside and i had a small trailer behind my truck as well. I have a slide in camper.
