Poor fuel economy

Hello! I am a newbie to the forum and have some questions. I have a 2002 F250 with the Banks six gun, level 4 chip, trans command, power elbow with 4 inch exhaust, compressor wheel with wastgate actuator and all necessary gauges. Just this weekend i pulled a 4500 pound travel trailer. I was getting, according to my little information center in my overhead console, 11 miles per gallon. From what I hear from some friends of mine thats not very good. Normal driving with no load im getting about 14 mpg.(six gun on level 2) Is something wrong that im missing or is that about average? My EGTs were 670 doing about 70 mph measured on my down pipe off the elbow. Im just curious considering diesel is 4 bucks and my wallet is still crying. Any help would be great.

Well compared to my truck (sig) that's terrible lol it never got lower than 15mpg and that was pulling a loaded up 32' 5th wheel at about 75mpg! I dunno what's up. Is your turbo boosting well? Is your foot made of lead? (it's ok, mine is!)

Before you get too disgruntled check your mileage by hand. Those over head comps can really get screwy especially with any type of chip installed.
