4X4 Problem

So i when i put it in 4 wheel drive it works sometimes but not all the time with this stupid electronic system, but when i lock the hubs then it for sure works. The main problem i got is when i turn the 4X4 off and hit the gas 2 see if there unlock they are but its making this weird noise like a whisss noise from the right side. But i can tell that that tire isn't still in four wheel drive. So i'm wondering if its the hub or maybe a u joint or even the whole hub assy. And advise would be really help full. And if its the hub assembly is it the one with fine threads or 8 stud?

Kinda Hoping its the hub because i can find them cheap on ebay, but 2 me it really doesn't seem like the hub. And i don't think its the seals because i replaces them when i did ball joint? And if it is the hub is it real important 2 replace that clip that holds them in.

Kinda rather do this my self so i don't have 2 take it into the dealership.....

Tyler there is a vacuum seal back there that sounds like its leaking. Check for that before you order new hubs

Still making that sound when its off...
