Crank no start

Well I dork around and didn't get 2000 PSD in to have my CPS change because of the recall, and I think it finaly shot craps. Wife drove truck last night and this afternoon I went to start it and all it does is crank over. I made sure both batterys are good and they are both 12.7volts cleaned the connections. Fuel pump is coming on. Crank it over and the tach does not move some I'm leaning towards the CPS. Am I on the right track?

sounds like the cps then. If the tach won't move then thats probably it.
