SES light on in stock DP tuner setting, off in others, and MPG down

Any ideas? Haven't dropped the cash for AutoEnginuity yet, and my OBD II code reader doesn't work on our trucks. This last tank I probably getting 10-11 mpg when I've always gotten 14-16mpg no matter if I babied it or drove it like it was stolen.

Fuel filter was changed in December, and oil was changed recently as well.

Had AutoZone hook up their code reader, they "claimed" it could read our trucks, and it showed nothing. The SES light didn't come back on for the drive over there and I can't get it to come back on at all now. Oh well.
