No hot ELEC. start

Truck had a blip one day. Just died because of elec issue. Then started itself up. Never an issue.
Then lately it's been not starting. As in no WTS light and no fuel pump. First time I thought my fuel bowl had FINALLY shorted out. Nope. All fuses good, then with key sitting on, it just started running the fuel pump and the WTS light was on.
Then today, I kinda think I narrowed it down to no start when hot. Sitting at bank, shut it off, no start. Opened hood, wiggled/tapped fuses/relays and under dash too. Nothing. Then after five minutes, the WTS light was on, and we were good.
Drove home 10 miles, shut it off, immediately tried to turn the key on, and not WTS light and no start.

Ok so now, it's not just a no start when hot, but it did it when cold and also would start when hot after just being shut off.
I'm I correct in going after the PCM being the issue?
I think I'll remove and check for cleanliness and reinstall?
