SLight smoke from passenger VC

Well I my two new injectors all buttoned up and everything seems fine, except for after I am done cranking my motor. I have the valve covers off and the UVC harnesses unhooked. I am turning the motor over to try and put some oil in the rails, after running the starter for 20-30 secs I notice a slight amount of smoke coming from the number 7 cylinder. I replaced numer 3 and 8. I am not sure if this is a problem or not, it is very lite and you have to have a flashlight to see it. The drivers side doesn't do this. I am afraid of hydrolocking the motor so I dont want to do anything that could hurt it. Could someone tell me if I am going in the right direction or not?

if it turned over witht he starter for 20 seconds and your not turning the key on (you dont want fuel to enter the cylender either(...your fine...button it back up and get it started up!!! A small mist is normal...
