Error codes and other problems related??

Ok, bear with me because this is gunna be long....and possibly confusing..
For the last few weeks when I have cornered a little quick, the warning chime has come on. Last week the batteries went flat, jumped started her. Since then, I have the brake system warning light flashing (no, the handbrake is not on and the brake fluid is full). The warning chime is also chiming (yes my seatbelt is on).
The superchips dtc reader was initially giving me readings of p0470 and p0603. Today it is still giving me those as well as p0478.
I have searched around on here and understand that the flat batt/chip can cause the p0603 reading, but I can't seem to work out whether it is all related or not??
I am open to any suggestions, as you can imagine the warning chime is starting to effect my sanity!!

I did warn you that the warning chime was effecting my sanity.....
I neglected to say that my truck is a 2001 7.3. I had a fair bit of work done to it about 6 months ago, including new gearbox, new torque converter, heavy duty shift kit, heavy duty clutch pack, high flow exhaust, etg, trans. temp gauge, superchip.
Any ideas??
