What caused this to my turbo bearing???

Just thought I would post a pic (attached PDF) of the toasted bearing from the turbo on my 99.5, both wheels were slapping all over the housing. There was no noise just LOTS of blue smoke suddenly at a light. 127,000 Miles

Can anyone tell me if that's oil starvation or foreign matter? The truck has run Amsoil with Amsoil bypass since new but, it sometimes sits for extended periods of time.

Side Note: I ordered a GTP38R to replace, If anyone wants my old turbo PM me. I has a banks housing and Banks Big head (Installed for the Original owner at the ford dealer in 01) stinger+ chip will go with it.
