Electrical Help Please!

The electrical Grimlins strike again. I have been away training for a job. My wife drove my truck while I was gone. Now it won't start. Key on all lights and gauges are active, ignition on and I get a single click and no turn over, nothing at all. All fuses have been checked and found good, Terminals are clean and it is all the way in park. The only thing I haven't checked are the relays. Not sure which one would have anything to do with starting. My book has come up missing during my absence. Any help from the pro's or shade tree trouble shooting experts would be great.
