Truck died

So I was driving home from my dads, with gooseneck and tractor in tow, cruise on 70, chip on 80 tow tune. I had just topped a little climb and was heading down hill when all of a sudden the dash lit up like a Christmas tree, and bam the engine quit.... I coasted to a safe pull out, set the chip to stock, cranked, nothing, cycled the key and it fired up.. I am thinking CPS, any other thoughts... If its the cps is ford the best place to get one???
