You replaced the IDM, #6 injector, and both valvecover gaskets?
All the 1316 is doing is, telling you the IDM sees a problem and needs a Buzz Test to be performed so it can further resolve the specific trouble code. Can you perform a buzz test with what you're reading the code with?
If so, see what code(s) are there after to narrow down what's causing it.
If not, you've already replaced the most common items (IDM & Gaskets) you really need to find out what the IDM sees as the reason for the 1316...
