Fuel issue any ideas would be helpful!

I have a 00 7.3 Ex. About 3 months ago I was driving and the truck lost power and died. I would try to start it and it wouldnt fire. Then it would fire but run rough and smoke. So I got it home, got real busy and I couldnt work on it until the last week. I got parts from Strictly Diesel to do the Hutch Mod and put in a new airtex fuel pump. I cycled the key about six times and then started her up and she ran great for 2 minutes. So while she ran I went into the house to get something and then she died and now she wont restart. The starter and battery are strong she just will not turn over. I looked into the engine fuel bowl and it wasnt over flowing with diesel. The Baldwin filter I installed has a fuel/water drain and I opened that and fuel came spewing out. Could it be the fuel line is clogged from the pump to the bowl? Or is the IPR, glow plugs, or an injector/hpop problem or electrical sensor problems? I am stuck and I need to get this truck running. Also there are no computer codes it scanned clean. Any help would be tremendously appreciated..

you can remove the FPR / reutrn line, and blow compress air thru it, to eliminate any restriction. Also, once thats done, can open the drain valve on fuel bowl, and cycle the key, to see if pump is filling bowl...

temp out side? if its above about 65ish its not gp's...You said wont crank? or does it turn over just not fire? Either way I'd suspect ign or anything new you've done... ^ has a good point about "flushing" the system out...

It will crank and turn over it just wont fire. The temp was in the mid 60s last night and probably 90 degrees today for a high temp. If the fuel bowl isnt filling up I guess I need to check and see if it is a blocked line
