Blowing white smoke, rough idle and oil leak

I have an 02 F350 with a 7.3. Just today I was driving home from work and it started running rough and smoking white. I just got a new edge programmer three days ago that I have been trying out and I don't know if that contributed or not. It was pushin more boost with the edge (I'd get around 15ish before and I saw 20-25 a couple times with the edge. So what I'm wondering is what could be my problem. Thought it could be the turbo but not sure if that would make it run rough. I pulled the intake boot off and there is a little oil in the inlet of the turbo but the spool seems to be tight. Oil is coming from somewhere on the upper part of the engine (not sure if its from turbo or not I haven't had time to take a closer look yet). Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated!

Thanks

Possibly a bad injector, or two. Do a buzz test and CCT.
