diesel on southbend dual disk

My buddy popped the seal on his fuel filter on the way home today. So needless to say it covered the clutch. This happened once before and ruined the factory clutch. Will diesel hurt this southbend? He power braked it and the truck stalled so its not slipping yet

fuel oil getting on any clutch is bad. If he is overly concerned about it, he can pull the clutch, clean it with some acetone and a green scotch pad and put it back in. If it was mine and I burned up one clutch with the same malfunction, I would go through the effort if the clutch was fairly new. Then I would replace the fuel filter assembly since it seems to have a recurring problem.

Forgot to post a long time ago but, the south bend was fine, still running it, and no more o-ring failures.
