Towing a trailer and getting vibrations and loss of power

So yesterday I was towing a 16ft trailer loaded with about 3-4000lbs. I started getting a vibration and loss of power! I pulled over, turned off the truck checked the oil, all was good. I started back up and rode home no problem. Now today I'm driving with the trailer empty and it's wayy worse I vibration is getting worse, and I can't go much over 50mph. What's going on with this? here is a video maybe it will help.

I can't tell what's vibrating in the video. Is it the engine, or the truck in general?

I thought the same thing. Seems like possibly a driveline vibration but increases as soon as he gets on it a little so I would agree with engine. But even if it is driveline his inability to get over 50mph is an issue. Some of our tractor trailers at work vibrate like this when the injectors are going out. I'm pretty positive this is an injector issue the more I watch the video. A buzz test or cyl cont. is in order I'd say

I can't see the video because i'm at work, but possibly a u-joint for the u-joint if it's only while driving. I had it happen to me a few years back where it would vibrate real bad while driving and was told when I took it in that I just about lost my driveshaft it was so bad.

I've never heard of repacking a carrier bearing? How would you do that? Mine is bad and was just going to replace but if there is a cheaper way I'm all for it!
