Temp/ Compas

My Temp/ Compas stopped working. It doesn't light up any more, fuse is good. Anyone got any Ideas? 2000 F350, 7.3:

THere is a fix for it a member by the name of DGEM wrote it. I would dig it up for you but im just headed out the door for work
