Basic questions on 2000 F350, 7.3L
I just traded my 1996 F250 in on a 2000 F350 Lariat LE. I had a Bullydog chip in the '96. Where do I look to see if a performance chip is installed in the 2000? Also where can I find out what gear ratio I have (its a 4 wheel drive dually? If no chip has been installed, what is the best one to buy? I am concerned with the MPG, so I would consider some increase in power plus improved MPG? @#$%@#high priced fuel! Thanks, Sisiryder:

chip will be in pcm behind emergency brake pedal dp-tuner is the best chip for 7.3s imo and ratio will be on a tag on your axle or under 1900 rpm on freeway probally 373 over 2000rpm probally 411
