Newbie needs help with draining batteries.

Hello all! New here.I thought maybe some of my fellow PSD owners might have experienced this....I have a 2000 F250 PSD 4DR 4X4. The batteries are dead in the morning. Both are new as well as the alternator. I can charge them and they will hold fine. I just put the alternator on yesterday, started it, ran fine, parked it and this morning it's dead again. Something is draining my batteries I think. I have searched the forums and couldn't find much related to what mine might be. Where should I start looking, or what is the obvious signs to look for. Thanks!!!

Pull fuses, only one at a time and put a volt meter across fuse terminals, you should be able to isolate the problem.
