No Brake Lights - Help

no brake lights, the third light on the roof works though ...
I checked fuses and they are all ok ....
Please help as I use the truck for work pullind a trailer and I already got a warning from the cops about the brake lights not working ...

Go back to basics. Pull and check the bulbs. Do the turn signals work? Check for voltage at the bulb sockets. You already mentioned the fuses are good. If no voltage at sockets, look underneatrh for any damage to wiring. Check voltage at brake switch (under dash?). Good luck, I hope this helps a little .

Thanks all for the replies
I found the problem
A Blue relay underneeth the dash when bad
the relay seems to control all the rear lights functions including the brake lights ....

the two wires you should look for damage on are brown and black with a pink stripe
