Loss of power...help needed

Well I was just cruising along earlier...and I pushed the pedal to pick up speed and realized it didn't have much power to it...I drove a little farther giving it a little to see if I could hear the turbo and I really couldn't hear it that good...so I finally got to small hill and I hit the hill about 45 in 4th...by the time I got to the top of the hill I was going about 35 and lugging it down...still no turbo noise...so I got home and parked it..took the torque tube off to where I could see the compressor wheel...I started it up...revved it up and the turbo spun and none of the fins on the wheel was broken or anything...so I got back in my truck and noticed that my airbag light was flashing on and off too...it's never done that before...well any ideas what it could be?...I know the turbo spins but it doesn't seem to make any boost while i'm driving...and the airbag light is on...also there's no smoke at all...I figured if my turbo wasn't working right that it would blow a little black smoke from not getting as much air as it is used to

Any help would be appreciated...Thanks
