Check turbo leaks?

I recently took my 99 Ford 7.3 into the shop He told me my turbo exhaust inlet leaking. Like a dummy I forgot to ask you which section it was leaking. Does anybody know how to check their turbo system for leaks and or Does anybody know what the turbo exhaust inlet is an have a picture.
Thanks

i think were ALL scratching our heads, on this one...

Check the "collector" thats behind the turbo, where the clamp is, for soot, on both the drivers side and passengers side. They are whats called the up pipes. Any soot, is an exhaust leak. You can go the bellow replacement, FELPRO gasket way or the DORMAN uppipes...
