Battery Light Came On

Started up my truck this morning, drove to the gas station to get my daily cup of coffee(left it running outside), and when I get back in, I notice the battery light is on.

Both batteries were replaced in 2011.

Last summer I had an alternator fry up and seize. Upon inspection, I found that the truck was running a belt for single alternator when it had dual alternators, so i replaced the bad alternator, installed the proper belt, tested both alternators for output, and buttoned her up.

I did a few searches on this issue and didnt find anything to difinitively point me in a direction. Obviously its either going to be a battery issue, alternator issue, or a connection problem. I'm going to go home after work and try to trace the problem, but I was wondering if maybe there is common known issue that I should look at first.
