abs light OD light no turn signals

i have a 2000 f350 and i replaced a glow plug relay, valve cover, and valve cover harness and after starting it the abs light came on. the overdrive light started flashing and i have no turn signals

i drove it a couple of miles around this morning and the speedometer also isn't working. i checked the fuses and they were good. my hazards work but i can't get the turn signals to work. is there a chance that when the valve cover harness was loose that it arched and fried the computer

i jacked the back of the truck up and checked the rear wheel speed sensor and that was working. is there another on the trans? which senor does the speedometer work off of?

no chance the valve cover harness shorted anything,you said you checked all fuses, under the hood and inside fuses right
