Need Help!!!!

01 F250 180K stopped running it was -20, no fuel in bowl with over a half tank.
Things I done: Replaced batteries, fuses, relays, cam postion sensor, fuel filter, andthe fuel pump. Can't get any codes doesn't run. Pour 911 and waited it's been 2 weeks. Running jumper from battery to fuel pump. I have blown air through all fuel lines and no blockages.
At a loss don't know what to do or were to start. any and all help would be appreciated.

unplug the fuel bowl heater, from backside of fuelbowl. Recheck the #30 30amp fuse, and try again.

Is the tach showing anything while cranking and is the "wait to start" light coming on? Those are idicators of a blown #30 fuse. As said, the fuel bowl heater is the cause. I dont remember if that will cause the fuel pump to not run. Jumping directly to the pump wont make it run?

My 2002 F-250 had the same problem, but at around 1/4 tank of fuel. I thought It had a bad sender in the fuel tank, because I was running out of fuel at 1/4 tank. When I dropped the tank, I saw the plug in the side of the pick up tube fell out, and was laying in the bottom of the tank! I snapped it back in, and staked it with a red hot piece of metal so it wouldn't do it again. I have no idea why they made them like that! It's like when you bend & crack a straw as you insert it in the lid. You can only drink down to the level of the crack, then it just sucks air. Maybe the pick up screen on the fuel pick up is plugged?

Good luck.
