P1316 code After changing glow plugs
I changed my glow plugs yesterday and everything looked and went good. Put everything back together and started my truck and now I am getting the P1316 code. Could someone help me as to what to look for or anything to look for before I take the valve covers back off? External plug is secure I have checked that on each valve cover. Please help!!

Can whatever you used to retrieve the P1316 do a Buzz Test?
Those same connections, that the GPs use, are also for the Injectors. Bad connections there are one of the Many things a 1316 will get set for. The Buzz Test will not only let you know the state of those connections, but allow the IDM to further resolve More codes that could set you on the path...

Thanks, I found the problem. After taking the passenger side valve cover off I found that I had knocked the injector connection for #1 loose. I plugged it back up and installed everything and the code went away.
