Any idea what this light means

Reset the guage under the hood in the intake. Push the little button in and then change the air filter.

I would still check/replace the air filter and reset the plunger thing. It may be right to the point where it needs replaced and the light will just come back on.

well i dont have a sensor i done a diy intake over a year ago so the sensor is MIA

I dont have mine on the truck either. Never had my light come on though. I will throw a CEL under hard exceleration and it comes back to not having that gauge installed.
