Coolant in oil

First things first. I do have the kit to reseal the oil cooler, since I noticed it was leaking. Now today noticed coolant low. Oil low and oil has a green tint to it. Next days off it'll be time to peel off the oil cooler and reseal it. Might just put a new cooler on. Question is how fast damaging is it having the coolant in the oil? Is there anything else I should be doing? Probably going to put my 6.0 tranny cooler on at same time so I will be doing a full flush on the coolant aswell.
