00 7.3l wont start
First some background on the truck. It was orgianlly an automatic and now has a ZF5 in it,thats how i bought it. When rebuilding the ZF5 a buddy accidently broke off the keyswitch pole on the starter solenoid
So i replaced that. Now it is all together and wont crank, just a click by the solenoid. I went under there with my multimeter and found that the starter lead was drawing .05 volts. with just the pos. on the battery. Connect the battery fully and get 10.5V at the key switch post on the solenoid, without it in the cranking position. Cranking postion gets the same reading and drops to 9.8V then back up after.Anyone know what might be going on and ill post more info if needed just ask, stuck on this for a week now.

Your batteries are low, It takes 10.5v to fire the injectors. Charge the batteries and try again.

The batteries are charged. There is a click at the in cab solenoid.I have it down to the orange lead that comes from my fuse box.it should be hot and it is not. Also i am now getting 10.5v at the keyswitch without it beingi n the cranking position.i feal it is crossed with the main 2037 RD wire so its getting voltage. Anyone know what i can test next. Im hving trouble because the fuse box i think is from an automatic andn ot an manual so the all data info is messed up.The fuse box has 4Amps fuses where a 15 should be.none are blown that i can tell.
*edit* 1pm just found a Red/black,Blue/Black,Green/White,Green wires that have either been cut or over heated. Can anoyone tell me what those wires are, they are in the cluster runnign to the back of the steering wheel. They are closer to the firewall then steering wheel.
