This may sound wierd but..........

I've been having a problem with my truck ('01 F-250 CC 7.3) surging. I've been trying to narrow it down to a certain scenario, and I think it only surges when the windshield wipers are on. Has anybody ever encountered this problem or know what hell is going on? Thanks

Yep, only when it rains, and at first I thought something was getting wet and shorting out, but if I don't use my wipers, it doesn't happen. So go figure eh?
