check out this new timing cover?? problem?

Please look at the pictures and let me know what you guys think. There is a slight machining ridge right where the lpop rides against the cover. My fingernail will not catch on the ridge if I pass over it but i can feel it.

Check it with a straight edge and/or contact the seller.

I guess after talking to a few people this dousnt seem to be a problem. Its still kinda scary using it.
