ebpv valve troubles.

my ebpv comes on like it should right when it starts up in the morning. its about 5degrees or lower here in the morning and i let it warm up. i drove down the street and it was making its normal hissing but as i was leaving town it was still hissing and i went to give it some gas and the truck just revved and wouldnt go over about 35 so i put it in first and really juiced it and finally the valve blew open hard made a loud poof noise. then today after work i was driving home and its doin the same thing except it poofs open while im driving like it builds up pressure then blows off? what do i do?

You can get it cleaned or unplug the solenoid. If you unplug it will be inop.
