Tune Up 2001 7.3

I have 2 questions hope you guys can help 1 is there a way I can test my glow plug relay see if its bad before I start replacing the Glow plugs motor has 115.000 miles on it. 2 Q is there a way to give the motor a tune up I am only getting about 8 miles to a gallon of fuel people keep telling me I should be getting lot more then that ,,,,, THANKS GUYS

Yes - there's a couple of ways to test glow plugs.
Do a search within the forums, and you'll find them.

Also - same for fuel economy,
But the easiest place to start is with the EBPS (exhaust back pressure sensor) Tube and sensor itself.

If your only geting 8 look for a fuel leak cuz that's not even normal for a thirsty 7.3
