Aftermarket Fog,road lights

Hi guys, I have bought an aftermarket (Sylvania/GTE) Road lite kit. I have a 99 f250 4X4 Powerstroke. Is there a special fuse or wiring link I should be looking for to hook this hot wire up to? Thanks for the help guys.

Plus this truck didn't have factory fog lites. But I don't know if it has factory wiring for it.
