Hard Brake Pedal

Hey Guys, I am having a bit of a head scratcher here, Last week I was driving when I lost my Power Brakes, the brake still work but they are all manual, if you press your brake pedal with your truck off after the vacuum has been depleted this is what it feels like for me all the time. Truck is a 1994.5 F350 CCLB ZF-5

So far I have replaced the Brake booster twice(first reman was bad) the Vacuum pump, master cylinder including flushing all the lines with fresh DOT3 fluid. None of these things have had any impact on the braking performance, I am making 26hg of Vacuum with the new pump and have even plugged the pump directly into the booster bypassing the vacuum T and still had no assist.


Where do I go from here because I am really at a loss

EDIT: well this is embarrassing, first post and I manage to put it in the wrong forum, if a Mod could relocate this to the OBS era powerstroke problems forum I would appreciate it! Thanks again.

Is your ABS light on? You'll have to scan for codes. Even if it's not on, scan it anyway & see if there's anything brake related.
