2000 F250, 4wd, Lock/auto lockouts,
Ok, so here's the deal, driving down the road about 20 mph and start hearing grinding noise on front passenger side. found out it is the needle bearings on the inside of the hub assembly. took it all apart, found out my seals are bad and letting water in and have destroyed my factory lockouts and also the bearing int he hub assembly is going bad
. soooooo, looking at new hub assemblys and new lockouts. Here's my questions
1. Not trying to break the bank (LCpl budget here) where would be the best deal to get both new hub assembly's?
2. What ABS setup do i need?(front/rear/4wheel)
3. Do i need a conversion kit to go from Lock/Auto lockouts to manual lockouts?
4. Is there a vaccum line that needs to be capped when i change from mine to manuals?
really trying to have parts here by next weekend so i can get it all done. Any help would be appreciated
